Organic Jersey cross Angus Beef

The beef cattle at Galileo Farm originate from Jersey dairy cows.  We have two pure Jersey cows and two of their offspring Jersey cross Blondes.  They are put to a great big Angus bull each year to produce amazing calves.

Cattle are reared to between 24 and 30 months before they are slaughtered and hung for a minimum of 21 days before being butchered and sold in the farm shop.
